What a mouthful! So this one is just a quick post about my first winter knitwear project this year. As you might already know, I tend to start a whole bunch of crochet and knitwear projects in winter but only a few of them actually get made! I blame Pinterest for this – can’t really help myself when I browse through and see a hundred things I want to make.
This infinity scarf took me only a day or two to make. Really easy. I had a huge ball of yarn sitting in my wool stash and it was the chunky thick wool kind. So I basically looked for a project that required only one skien of thick yarn. The pattern is simple and easy to follow – same stitch all throughout. Its a free pattern from Just be Crafty. The scarf wraps around twice comfortably and feels oh-so-nice and warm. I would love to make a few more in different colours – especially the mustard yellow one on the page.
Post update: Here’s another scarf that I made with the same pattern. I used a colourful yarn this time and I think it looks really funky!
