Chilli Chicken

 Here’s another stir fry recipe similar to a few that I’ve posted recently. I know all these recipes are almost the same with certain variations but I like to post them because they’re easy to make and taste good as well! Anyway have a go at it and let me know what you think.
Ingredients:
500 grams boneless chicken, cut into paper thin strips
1 egg white
4-5 green onions or 1 finely chopped onion
1 capsicum, chopped into 1 inch strips
8-10 green chillies, chopped in half
vegetable oil for cooking
Seasoning:
salt, pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon corn flour
2-3 tablespoons dark soy sauce

1/2 tablespoon red chilli flakes

1. Combine the boneless chicken, egg white, seasoning and 1 tablespoon cooking oil and allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat about 1/4 cup of cooking oil in a pan. Add the onions and stir fry for a few minutes, and then add the marinated chicken and stir fry until all the chicken is well cooked. 
3. Add the capsicum and green chillies and continue to cook on high heat for 8-10 minutes. Stir continuously until everything is well mixed. Serve hot.

  1. coincidentally just had the fish(y) version for dinner ..now i must try this for lunch tomorrow..*hope i have chicken in my fridge and loads of green and red chilly too*
